This dream home is located in the middle of a nature reserve. The 1st floor of the house is closed off for the "Little Lake Paradise". The house offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay on 95 m² of floor space.

The elegant and very comfortably furnished property has been planned and designed with great attention to detail. Plenty of space is guaranteed here! The heart of the house is the light-flooded living room with adjoining dining area, which invites you to socialize. Enjoy the view from the sofa in the living room through the large panoramic window across the lake to the mountain range.

The kitchen adjoining the dining room offers all the comfort you need. A variety of dining areas are available in this house: Whether it's the terrace, the covered terrace with a large dining table by the house entrance, the large dining room or the dining table in the separate kitchen, this is the place for cosiness and conviviality.

The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and its own washbasin.

The first floor is completed with a large bathroom, in which you will find a bath, shower, double washbasin and washing machine and a separate WC.

The Stettner See, Langbürgner See or the Chiemsee can all be reached in a few minutes - a true lake paradise.

Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle garage and parking spaces are available in front of the property for your stay.

We are happy to provide a laundry set per person. The linen set per person consists of: complete bed linen, 1 small and 1 large towel as well as 1x shower mat and 2x tea towels per apartment. Per linen set/per person 20,00€ are due.
Please let us know if you need the linen set when you rent the apartment.

WLAN is offered free of charge.
It is a non-smoking domicile.
It is a flat-rate rent.

Dogs are also welcome, but we would like to point out that the property is not fenced and there are cow pastures around the property. We therefore ask for your understanding that dogs may only be kept on a lead in the outdoor area, this also applies to all paths in the nature conservation area. Dogs are absolutely prohibited at Lake Stettner See.

There is a surcharge for dogs.

The cost for the final cleaning is EUR 160.00.
