The spacious kitchen spoils the residents with plenty of work surfaces, enormous storage space and much more, where you can enjoy swinging a wooden spoon. The attic floor radiates a particularly homely atmosphere thanks to the exposed roof truss and gives the rooms a wonderful height. In total, this property has two spacious bedrooms on this floor, each with its own balcony. The timeless elegance of the bathroom with shower, bathtub with whirlpool function, washbasin and WC completes this level.

A further bedroom with a double bed has been created in the basement. A new wellness room with infrared cabin has been created on this level. Relaxing is a vacation for the soul.

We are happy to provide 1-2 linen sets per person. The linen set per person consists of: complete bed linen, 1 small and 1 large towel as well as 1x shower mat and 2x tea towels per apartment. Per linen set/per person 20,00€ will be charged.

Gstadt is mainly known and very popular because of its landing stage of the Chiemsee shipping. Sailing, swimming, biking, hiking and much more - Gstadt is the ideal starting point.

This is an all-inclusive rental for 4 people. Up to 6 people are also possible by arrangement.

The cost for the final cleaning is EUR 290.00.
