The spacious living area is divided into two parts, which are connected by a round arch - everyone will find their own retreat here. Whether watching TV and lounging on the living area, or withdrawing into the country-style "reading room" - the flair will cast a spell over you.

In the kitchen you will find a new and fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plenty of crockery and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The country-style sitting area reflects the interior style of the property.

A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and WC is also available on this floor. A checkroom and hallway complete this level.

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom offers two rooms, which are connected by an open passageway. First enter the living area, which is furnished with a table and chairs, wardrobe and TV. The connection takes you to the bedroom, which forms a perfect unit with a double bed and washbasin.
On this floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed and washbasin and can therefore be used as an additional retreat or as another bedroom.

Another highlight is the very large garden. In spring, two magnolia trees transform it into a veritable sea of flowers.

Pets (dogs) are possible for an extra charge.

We ask our guests not to smoke in the property.

WLAN is offered free of charge.

We are happy to provide one linen set per person. The linen set per person consists of: complete bed linen, 1 small and 1 large towel as well as 1x shower mat and 2x tea towels per apartment. Per linen set/per person 20,00€ are due.
Please let us know if you need the linen set when you rent the apartment.

The washing machine in the bathroom can be used free of charge.

You can park your car directly on the property.

This is an all-inclusive rent.

Deposit between 1-3 months' rent depending on the rental period.

The costs for the final cleaning are 190,00 Euro. The tenant bears the costs of the final cleaning.
