The heart of the house is the light-flooded living room with adjoining dining area.

Enjoy the view from the sofa in the living room through the large panoramic window across the lake to the mountain range. The kitchen adjoining the dining room offers every convenience.
The house offers a variety of dining areas:
Whether it's the terrace, the covered terrace with large dining table by the house entrance, the large dining room or the small dining table in the separate kitchen, this is the place for cosiness and conviviality.

There are two bedrooms on each floor. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and its own washbasin. The first floor is completed by a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double washbasin and washing machine, as well as a separate WC.
On the second floor there are two further bedrooms with a double bed. This floor is completed with a small bathroom with a low shower and a small kitchen.

Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle garage and parking spaces are available in front of the property.

WLAN is offered free of charge. This is a non-smoking property.
The linen package (bed linen, towels (1x normal and 1x shower towel per person), bath mat and tea towels) is provided free of charge.
A wallbox is available for electric cars for a fee (please let us know in advance).

Up to two dogs are welcome - EUR 15.00 per night and dog will be charged.

The property is not fenced - there are cow pastures around the property. Dogs must therefore be kept on a lead outside. This also applies to all paths in the nature conservation area.

Dogs are absolutely prohibited at Lake Stettner See.

The cost of the final cleaning is EUR 225.00.
