Great importance was attached to maintaining the originality of this extraordinary property and at the same time to meet the current living comfort standards. The house is full of unique pieces.

3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Additionally there is 1 room with 1 pull-out sofa on the 1st floor, it is the actual TV room, and 1 room with 1 single bed on the ground floor.

In summer the beautiful garden offers numerous opportunities to enjoy and relax, outdoor furniture available.

In winter, the living room and the 80 m2 barn can be additionally heated with a tiled stove.

It is a package rental for 4 persons. Each additional person is charged with EUR 100.00 per month.

Directly in front of the house starts the cycle path along the river Inn, in one direction to Rosenheim, and in the other direction to Insbruck. Directly behind the house, the path leads to the Kranzhorn and the Heuberg with numerous alpine pastures to stop off at.
