The University is on the direct opposite of the Englischer Garten and can be easily reached by bike. Cosima Wellenbad and the nearby recreational area around the Feringa lake are other ideas for spending sparetime.

Public transport: on the doorstep is bus line 188 to the Richard-Strauss-Straße continguing with U4 direclty to the city centrum in about 25 minutes; tram and other buslines around 5 minutes away by foot. The airport (Bus, S8) is about 45 minutes away.
