Within closer range, natural bathing lakes and the extensive larger lake area can be visited; including Ruhpolding, Lake Chiem and other famous holiday resorts like Reit im Winkl with the Winklmoosalm, and Berchtesgaden are marvellous day trip highlights to be attended, just as nearby to Salzburg. Fairy tale and theme-parks are also within the area.

The Internet connection of cable Germany has a capacity of 100 MBit / p.

A finalm cleaning occurs after tenant depature.

It concerns, on this occasion, an all-inclusive rent.
Heating (incl. pellets for the stove), hot water and electricity are also included in the rent.

The landlord takes over the watering and planting on the balcony and the servicing/ cleaning of the pellet heater.
Smoking in the flat is not permitted.
