The adjacent Körschtal valley and the nearby botanical park of the University of Hohenheim are ideal for walking, jogging or cycling. The trade fair can be reached by bus in approx. 15 minutes. The city center of Stuttgart or Esslingen can be reached by bus or subway in approx. 35 minutes. The SI-Erlebniszentrum with musical theater, cinema and Schwabenquellen can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by bus.

Public parking spaces are available at the house.
