The apartment is very spacious. The good layout allows a nice separation between the living and sleeping areas. Access to the balcony is via the living area.
The bathroom, kitchen, living and sleeping areas are bathed in natural light thanks to large skylights and floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors.

This is a flat-rate rent for one person.
A second person is charged extra at 150 euros per month.

A parking space for the car is included in the rent.

In the south of the urban area, the vineyards stretch up the slopes of the foothills of the Schurwald forest, just as in the north of the urban area, in Großheppach, here on the slopes of the Swabian Forest. Weinstadt is a town about 15 km east of Stuttgart in Baden-Württemberg.

The costs for the final cleaning depend on the degree of soiling. The tenant bears the costs of the final cleaning.

The house rules stipulate an alternating cleaning service (sweeping week). A janitor service is not included in the rental price.
