Obergiesing forms a relatively narrow strip between the Mittlerer Ring / A 995 to the west and the S-Bahn line 3 to Holzkirchen to the east. It includes parts of Alt-Giesing in the north and the south-eastern outskirts of the city (Amerikanische Siedlung and Fasangarten).
The district is well connected to the transport network by the S-3 towards Holzkirchen, the S-7 towards Kreuzstraße, the U-1 towards Mangfallplatz and the U-2, which runs through Giesing towards Messestadt.
The cost of the final cleaning depends on the degree of soiling. The tenant bears the costs of the final cleaning.
The final cleaning is carried out by a cleaning company.
This is a flat-rate rent.
The monthly broadcasting fees ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio are to be paid by the tenant. (18.36 euros per month) This will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the tenancy.
