The kitchen offers plenty of storage space and has a cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Oven with ceramic hob and all the utensils you need for eating and cooking.

Separate bedroom with box-spring bed 180cm x 200cm and the special feature of a corner bath and washbasin.

Bathroom with separate shower with side shower, hose shower and tropical rain and bidet.

Washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment.

Suitable for up to 6 people.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Wifi use is possible free of charge.

Stores for daily needs are only a 5-minute walk away in the center.

This is an all-inclusive rent for 2 persons. 3rd to 6th person surcharge of EUR 250.00 per month. Utilities such as heating, water and electricity (with normal consumption) are included. There are no additional rental costs.

Pets are allowed on request.

The costs for using the washing machine and dryer are EUR 5.00 per load.

There is an additional monthly charge of EUR 55 for intermediate cleaning and EUR 100.00 for final cleaning when the apartment is left swept clean. The final cleaning charge is slightly higher for rentals with pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

The prices quoted for this property are gross prices. The statutory VAT is included and will be shown separately on the invoice.
