The apartment was renovated in 2021, is in the basement and suitable for up to 4 people.

It has an open kitchen-living area furnished in Alpine style with a large double bed (2 x 2 m), a modern bathroom and an additional WC.

In a separate small bedroom (without window) there is a bed for 2 people (1.40 x 2 m).

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery etc.

Towels and bed linen available.

The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Prien, bakery, train station, cafes, boutiques... harbor... are within walking distance.

Stores for daily needs are only a 5-minute walk away in the center.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Pets are allowed on request.

The use of wifi is free of charge.

This is an all-inclusive rent for 2 persons. 3rd person surcharge of EUR 250.00 per month. Utilities such as heating, water and electricity (with normal consumption) are included. There are no additional rental costs.

The washing machine and dryer of the house community can be used for a fee (coin-operated machine).

There is an additional monthly charge of EUR 55 for intermediate cleaning and EUR 100.00 for final cleaning when leaving the swept clean apartment. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

The prices quoted for this property are gross prices. The statutory VAT is included and will be shown separately on the invoice.
