The separate kitchen is equipped with utensils for cooking and eating and offers plenty of storage space.
The apartment has a large bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and two smaller bedrooms, each with 140 x 200 cm beds.
Cribs are also available on request.
The large bedroom has access to a small balcony with seating.
The brightly tiled bathroom has a bathtub and window.
There is a laundry room which is available to all tenants. A washing machine and dryer can be used there for a fee. (5 Euro per load)
Parking is already available in front of the house. However, the outside area is not yet finished, as construction work is still taking place on the property.
The rent is a flat rate for 2 persons. From the 3rd person a surcharge of 250€ per month will be charged.
