The couch can also be pulled out and provides sleeping accommodation for guests.
The closet and chest of drawers provide storage space.

Kitchen-living room with pull-out dining table, desk and separable storage area for vacuum cleaner, shoes etc.

The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob with 2 hotplates, French press coffee machine and utensils needed for eating and cooking.

Bathroom with shower, window, WC and washing machine.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

Outdoor parking space available.


Bad Tölz can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Stores for daily needs, restaurants, doctors etc. are within walking distance or can be reached very quickly by car.
The train station in Bad Tölz is 2.5 km from the apartment. You can easily get to Holzkirchen, Munich, Lenggries etc. by train (BRB)



Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

This is a flat-rate rent for one person. A second person will be charged EUR 75.00 per month.
The apartment is well suited for a single person, or max. one couple.

The monthly broadcasting fee is to be paid by the tenant directly to ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio.

The costs for the final cleaning depend on the degree of soiling. The tenant bears the costs of the final cleaning.
