The top-floor apartment has an open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen with a small kitchen block. Utensils for cooking and eating are available.
A dining table for up to 4 people and a corner sofa enrich the apartment. The sofa offers two additional sleeping places when folded out.

The bedroom has a 180x200cm bamboo bed and an alcove with a small chest of drawers.

The apartment also has a small storage room with a shelf and shoe cupboard.

Small bathroom with bathtub.

Due to the sloping roof, the apartment has a very low ceiling height in places.

There is a laundry room which is available to all tenants. Washing machine and dryer can be used there for a fee. (5 Euro per load)

Parking is available in front of the house.

There is an additional charge of 55€ per month for intermediate cleaning.

The apartment is currently only accessible via a very narrow and very steep staircase.

It is a flat-rate rent for up to two people.
From the 3rd person an additional 250€ per month will be charged.

Pets are allowed for an additional €50 per month.


The cost for the final cleaning when leaving the swept clean apartment is 100€.
Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
