Inviting living room with fold-out sofa bed e.g. for guests and dining area for up to 4 people, access to the balcony with a fantastic view over Aschau, Hohenaschau Castle and the Kampenwand.

Separate kitchen with plenty of storage space and also with 2 ovens, warming drawer, fridge, freezer, bread machine, espresso machine, dishwasher, wine fridge etc.

Comfortable bedroom with double bed, additional futon bed and satellite TV. The adjoining dressing room offers enough space for your clothes.

There is a steam sauna in the basement, which may also be used.

The east-facing area in the garden can be used. A dining set is available and the adjacent stream is also a great place to relax.
