A weekly housekeeping service is included in the rent.
The property is approx. 2.5 km from the International Congress Center and the Munich Trade Fair. Our modern hotel is not located in the hectic city center, but still offers good connections (S-Bahn and U-Bahn) to the city center.

The 1-room studio apartment is fully furnished and has a kitchenette with cooking utensils.

A weekly housekeeping service is also included, as well as use of the hotel's own WiFi and fitness room.

- any drug consumption (except alcohol) is prohibited
- Heavy soiling and damage in the apartment will be charged extra
- Visiting is only permitted in the public areas (lobby, bar and restaurant), not in the room

For a special price of €10.00 per person/day you can have breakfast in the hotel.

Every longstay guest receives a 20% discount in the restaurant and Nice&Vice store.

The costs for the final cleaning depend on the degree of soiling.
The tenant bears the costs of the final cleaning.
