This stylish yet very cozy apartment in an old building is located in the heart of the Glockenbach district directly on the Isar on the 3rd floor of a listed building. It has two balconies, herringbone parquet flooring, is very bright, lovingly furnished and very spacious. The ceiling height is 3.30 m and the apartment has two beautiful double doors that emphasize the open space concept in the living rooms.

The living room (approx. 27m²) includes a large couch, two small coffee tables, a cozy rocking chair, an Eames chair with ottoman, a 50-inch TV with Sonosbox and several bookshelves.

From the living room there is direct access to the dining room, which is located behind two large double doors. Here there is a large table with seating for up to 10 people. The room also has a small balcony where a barbecue can be placed. There is also the option of adding a fold-out bed if more separate bedrooms are required.

In addition to a box-spring bed (2x2m), a chest of drawers and two bedside tables, the bedroom also has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix connection.

The third room is the children's room and contains a loft bed in the shape of a house (0.90 x 2 m), a toy store, a craft table, a closet and lots of toys.

In the kitchen there is a small table with 3 seats. The bright fitted kitchen consists of one row and all the appliances needed for everyday use (washer-dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee capsule machine, etc.). The apple green, free-standing fridge-freezer from SMEG gives the kitchen an extraordinary retro touch.

Behind the kitchen there is access to the cozy west-facing balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, where there is a couch, an armchair and a folding table. We also have another table and two folding chairs.

The small but modern bathroom is accessible from the corridor and contains a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin.
An additional WC is also available.

In the open hallway there is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a sideboard, a large mirror and a small bench.

All rooms have windows and high-speed Internet.

The apartment was freshly furnished and renovated in December 2020. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.


It is a flat-rate rent.

Minimum rental period 2 months. Unfortunately, rental requests in the middle of the free period cannot be considered.


The costs for the final cleaning depend on the degree of soiling. The tenant bears the costs of the final cleaning.
